The Scroll Trap
When likes matter more than life — and the feed never fills the void. There's more than the screen.
We're not a program. We're a crew — a small, tight-knit group of teens who show up for each other three nights a week. No performance. No pretending. Just show up.
We're small on purpose — a tight-knit crew, not a stadium event. Here's where to find us.
Meal + main gathering. Real talk about real life — not churchy stuff.
6:30 PM
Cycles weekly: Game Night → Small Groups → Outreach & Service. Never the same week twice.
6:00 – 8:00 PM
Worship and a message built for where you actually are, not where you're supposed to be.
10:30 AM – 12:00 PMDoors open a little early and stay open a little late around all three — come as you are.
Whatever you're walking through, you're not alone. THE CREW is the youth ministry of Carpenter's House Community Fellowship — a small, close-knit church that decided teens in Oyster Creek deserved a place that's actually theirs.
No dress code. No pressure. No cringe. Just a crew that has your back on a random Tuesday, not just on Sundays.
A few of the things we actually talk about — because pretending everything's fine gets exhausting.
When likes matter more than life — and the feed never fills the void. There's more than the screen.
Not every house feels safe. But there's a Father who never leaves, and a family who will show up.
Lost in the noise, in the pain, in the questions — and then a light breaks through. You were always known.
Everyone has a place here — not just the teens showing up, but the volunteers who make the nights happen.
Here's what people usually want to know before their first night.
Yes — always. No membership fee, no cost to attend any night, no surprise ask. If money's ever the reason you don't come, tell us and we'll figure it out.
Most people who walk in the first time don't. That's normal, not awkward. Someone from the Welcome Team will say hi before you even find a seat.
Just yourself. We've got the food, the games, and the people. Show up in whatever you're already wearing.
Always. Two new faces are easier than one — bring whoever you want.
No. Come with questions, doubts, or none of the above. This is a place to be honest, not a place to perform.
Show up when you can. There's no attendance requirement — just an open door, three nights a week.
"But they who wait for the Lord shall renew their strength; they shall mount up with wings like eagles."— Isaiah 40:31 (ESV)
No perfect life required. Just show up. The rest takes care of itself.
